Telecom industry experience
I managed business development for key clients such as MTN and Airtel across Sub-Saharan Africa, including DRC, Benin, and South Africa.
My responsibilities included negotiating high-value contracts and overseeing the implementation of projects like 5G test sites. I successfully strengthened partnerships, expanded Ericsson’s market presence, and led cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery in challenging environments.
Datacentre industry expertise
I have fallen into Datacentre industry quite accidentally like many of my colleagues.
Upon arriving to Poland back from West Africa and after leaving Ericsson I have stumbled upon a commercial manager role at Equinix in my hometown Warsaw.
And while at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to be a commercial "policewomen" there the team was quite persuasive and I have joined. Since then I have moved to my previous passion - sales role selling to network customers, carrier customers and OEMs within the telecom industry. Getting to know the industry and what makes it tick, and how a giant impact it has on the digital ecosystem has clearly been a great journey I am continuing today.
Working across multiple regions
Having worked extensively across diverse markets such as Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, and Europe, I developed a deep understanding of regional business dynamics and cultural nuances. I am adept at high-level stakeholders management as a commercial adviser for key decision makers and C-suite leaders. I am passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to accelerate their digital transformation journeys in mobile network operators, telecom OEMs, and fiber companies.
Me as Me
In reality I want to change the world into one giant digital ecosystem that can be accessed from anywhere by anyone opening opportunities, safety of supply, indepence of locations, businesses & individuals. Even in most developped economies like the US we have still areas & communities that cannot access internet.
I am also a mother, an avid tennis & golf player and I collect art. My collection has now +35 works of accomplished contemporary artists both from my homecountry Poland as well as from the African continent.
